After leaving a toxic relationship & focusing on my kids for 20 years, I decided it was time to find a way to find myself & make myself a priority again. This wasn’t easy with 2 special needs kids but I knew that I had to do this for them too.
I started my Personal Development Journey in my 30’s when a friend gave me the Louise Hay book - You Can Heal Your Life. Since then, PD had been in my life in more subtle ways. When I finally got my hands on these courses, I felt like I had found my community, the right people to learn from & most importantly I found myself again & I am continually reaching towards a much better version of me. I even traveled overseas for the first time on my own in over 20 years! I finally feel like I have the freedom to be myself.
